To check and use the holiday bonus it is necessary to send the following data by email to the MERIDIAN HOTEL:
- the screen generated by the App in which the bonus code and the names of the family unit and the related tax codes are visible
- the QR code

Once the Holiday Bonus is validated, it will no longer be usable or refundable (as per regulations) and the booking cannot be changed. In case of cancellation of the reservation, in addition to the non-refundability of the holiday voucher, the cancellation penalties provided for in the contract will be applied to the amount net of the voucher.

The Holiday Bonus must be requested and confirmed through the IO App no ​​later than 31.12.2020 and is valid for stays until 31.12.2021.

The bonus must be activated at least 3 days before the arrival date at the facility. The holder of the reservation must necessarily stay and be one of the members of the family unit present in the Holiday Bonus and the holder will activate the bonus and issue the tax document (otherwise, under penalty of loss of the discount generated by the Holiday Bonus).

Payment via Holiday Bonus can be activated for stays of minimum 5 nights and the payment of the balance of the reservation must be made in a single solution, immediately following the confirmation of the activation of the bonus.

The holiday bonus cannot be used for bookings where the total balance of the practice has already occurred.
